Equine Therapy
Sessions are one hour with no riding involved. Designed for those who may find traditional talk therapy restrictive or intimidating. sessions take place on the ranch located in Sebring Florida, where horses help clients navigate anxiety, depression, and other struggles in a natural and engaging environment.

Christian Counseling
Facilitated by my Masters degree in counseling from Clarks Summit University, and my two certificates in Biblical studies. I am able to integrate clinical psychology and faith into a therapy session for clients who desire it. Although I specialize in Christian counseling, I firmly believe in meeting everyone where they are at. I incorporate each client's religious, theological, and spiritual beliefs into their healing process.
Eating Disorder Treatments
I treat bulimia, anorexia, binge/purge, UMR and ARFID. My professional experience includes an extensive internship with the Center for Change (CFC), an internationally recognized eating disorder facility for nearly 3 decades. Providing every level of eating disorder care. A registered dietitian is a required team member for all eating disorder therapy, of which I can provide a referral if one is not already part of your treatment team.
